Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operatives from Batangas and Cavite jointly conduct a buy bust operation in Imus City where some 500 grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of P3.4 million, were confiscated. A suspect, identified as Jemuel Papa, 34, was arrested, while another, a certain Anthony Saquilayan, eluded arrest.
