About 508 families or around 1,789 individuals are sheltered in 62 evacuation centers while the remaining families are aided by friends and relatives.

Two houses were reported partially damaged in the Cordillera.

In a report by the Department of Public Works and Highways, some roads remain impassable either due to landslides or flooding brought by Typhoons Kiko and Jolina.

Some roads in the provinces of Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Batangas and Leyte are passable only to light vehicles.

As of 6 a.m. Monday, the Ternate-Nasugbu Road in Barangay Sapang II in Ternate, Cavite remains impassable to all types of vehicles due to landslides. Motorists are advised to take Tuy Road as an alternative route.

The Nueva Ecija-Aurora Road, Diteki River Detour Road in Aurora is still flooded and passable only to light vehicles; while Pinagpanaan-Rizal Pantabangan Road, Bicos Bridge I, Barangay Bicos, in Rizal, Nueva Ecija is one-lane passable due to a damaged bridge deck.

Sto. Tomas-Minalin Road (Minalin-Macabebe Section) in Telacsan, Macabebe, Pampanga is also flooded.

Batangas-Tabangao-Lobo Road in Batangas City; Jaro-Dagami-Burauen-Lapaz Road in Sta. Elena, La Paz. Leyte; and Marabong Bridge in Barangay Moging, Burauen, Leyte are passable to only light vehicles due to damaged seawall with road slip and scoured slope protection at the bridge abutment.

The department’s quick response teams are carrying out clearing operations to reopen the affected sections soon.
