Folk-pop band Ben&Ben adds another collaboration under its belt as the group features Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano for the music video of “Upuan,” which premiered on Aug. 29 along with the release of its sophomore album, Pebble House Vol 1: Kwaderno.
Despite the imposed lockdowns forcing people apart, Ben&Ben has managed to keep Liwanag’s (the band’s fandom name) spirits high by collaborating with various local artists.
The nine-piece group surprised fans with a number of collaboration tracks from their second album alone.
Ben&Ben’s highly anticipated second album has 12 tracks, six of which feature the band’s collab with Moira Dela Torre, Chito Miranda, Zild, Juan Carlos, KZ Tandingan, SB19, and Munimuni.
For the first track “Upuan,” the band worked with the leads of the hit series “He’s Into Her,” Donny Pangilinan, and Belle Mariano.
Two Thursdays ago, a uniform-clad Ben&Ben was joined by DonBelle in a classroom setting as they announced their collaboration, which was released on their Twitter and Instagram accounts. The partnership was just another collaboration after they worked with South Korean idol Young K in May.
In a video call with Grammy award-winner H.E.R., working together with the band was brought up. Both are signed under Sony Music Entertainment.
