The DTI Diskwento Caravan ensures the basic necessities are priced in accordance with or lower than the suggested retail prices. The Converge Bicol team joins DTI Camarines Norte officer-in-charge Christie Rivera, DTI consumer protection division head Alvin Sayno and Vinzons Mayor Eleonor Segundo during the Diskwento Caravan in Vinzons.
