Manila residents get their 1st dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at the drive-thru vaccination site at the Quirino Grandstand on Sunday. About half of the more than nine million residents of Metro Manila eligible for vaccination have received their second dose against COVID-19, according to Metro Manila Council chairman and Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez.
