Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia, chair of both the Emergency Operations Center-Task Force (EOC-TF) and the COVID-19 Vaccination Council (CoVaC), and City Administrator Em Ang, executive director of EOC and coordinator of CoVaC, oversee the vaccination flow for employees of Focus Direct at Ayala Malls Capitol Central on Friday.
