The Philippines is again joining the China International Fair for Investment and Trade 2021 as guest country of honor from Sept. 8 to 11 in Xiamen, China. Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez says in a video message the recognition is not surprising, given that the Philippines and China share a long and rich history steeped in both culture and trade. For the second year in a row, the Philippines is given the distinct recognition as CIFIT’s guest country of honor to showcase the best of the country as a leading investment destination.
