Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade leads the inauguration of the P801.8-million, 313-kilometer Metro Manila Bike Lane Network in a ceremony held at Roxas Boulevard in Manila, on July 27, 2021. After the ceremony, other government officials and local government executives including Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos joined cyclists and delivery riders in a short tour of the bike lane network.
