Tokyo Tokyo opens express stores and launches its online delivery website as the restaurant chain pivots its business and changes the way it offers Japanese food to customers. The trailer-sized express stores offer only takeout and delivery and make Tokyo Tokyo favorites, such as Prawn Tempura Bento, Beef Misono Bento, California Maki and the signature Red Iced tea, more accessible and convenient to order. The design of the trailer outlets was inspired by the new lifestyle design stores that translated into a food truck. Tokyo Tokyo now has around 30 express stores around Metro Manila and plans to open more for the rest of the year.
