As an active partner of the Department of Education’s Adopt-A-School program, SM Foundation helps address the classroom shortage in the country through its School Building program. For 2021, school buildings that were donated in 2016 were repaired, including Bakod Bayan Integrated School in Cabanatuan City; San Francisco Elementary School in Concepcion, Tarlac; Lucban Elementary School in Baguio City; Jugan Elementary School in Consolacion, Cebu; and Northern Tacloban National High School in Tacloban City (pictured).
