Media practitioners together with Manila Police District Chief, Police Brigadier General Leo Francisco and representatives from the Brixton Fire Volunteer Brigade and the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry provide free food and relief goods to citizens in need at the MPD Headquarters on Wednesday.
