Public Works Undersecretary and Task Force to Facilitate Augmentation of Health Facilities head Emil Sadain (right) leads an ocular inspection of the access roads to the upcoming new hospital facility project at the National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong City. In his report to Secretary Mark Villar, Sadain says enhancing the road condition and land development in conjunction with the construction of modular pre-fabricated hospital components are nearing completion. The new healthcare facility project will contribute to the fight against COVID-19.
