A Chinese national Lijun Cao, a suspected big-time drug peddler in Cagayan region was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Wednesday, June 9.The Police Regional Office listed Cao, 38, as a Regional High Value Individual. Police caught him in the act of selling six sachets allegedly containing shabu to an undercover operative and also recovered from him 27 other pieces of suspected shabu amounting to P75,000 during the arrest. He would be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
