It is like living in a luxury hotel but you don’t need to check in or check out because the place is yours.
Real estate developer Federal Land, Inc. brings the hotel lifestyle to its two-tower condominium in North Bonifacio Global City. Together with Japan’s Orix Corporation, the company launches Grand Hyatt Manila Residences, the first and only Grand Hyatt branded residences in Southeast Asia.
Grand Hyatt Manila Residences is located within Federal Land’s mixed-use luxury township Grand Central Park, where its neighbors include five-star hotel Grand Hyatt Manila, five premium residential towers, and a soon-to-open Mitsukoshi Mall – the first in the Philippines.
The towers were designed following the style of the New York-inspired community, with a glass facade that minimizes ultraviolet rays and glimmers at night.
Catering to the demand for more space, the low-density Grand Hyatt Manila Residences South Tower offers 188 residential units in two-bedroom (ranging from 120 to 143 square meters) and three-bedroom (205 to 394 square meters) configurations. Select three-bedroom units come with a den and private outdoor garden. Low zone floors only have eight units, mid zone floors have four units, and high zones only have two units.
“The pandemic raised the need for space. Families are now looking for more spaces because of safety concerns,” noted Thomas Mirasol, president, and chief operating officer of Federal Land.
Each unit also reminds residents of hotel features with its full height windows, private balconies, European-branded kitchen appliances, ceiling-concealed air conditioning system, and stylish baths with concealed floor drains.
Facilities and amenities are hotel-level as well. There are covered whirlpool and kiddie pool, lap pool, indoor fitness center, yoga room, entertainment zone, and children’s play area.
To further “bring” the Grand Hyatt experience to the Residences, homeowners have exclusive access to its hotel neighbor’s services such as in-residence dining, private chef, errand runner, housekeeping, general cleaning, concierge, floral arrangements, laundry, dry cleaning, car wash, transportation services, and minor auto repair and maintenance.

We want them to feel fully satisfied with their surroundings by having a spacious unit, stylish furnishings, and hotel-like services catered by our friendly and professional staff,” Federal Land chairman Alfred Ty said in a statement.
The cherry on top of these living perks is a two-year Globalist membership, the highest level in the World of Hyatt loyalty program, accorded to every Grand Hyatt Manila Residences homeowner. Globalists earn points for availing hotel services and redeem rewards such as dining, spa, and room upgrades.
“We extend the Grand Hyatt experience from your home to your travels through the World Hyatt program,” enthused Mirasol.
