Tourists enjoy the view of the Taal Volcano from the Tagaytay Picnic Grove, taking advantage of the cool cloudy weather in the city in Cavite on Sunday. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) said on Sunday Taal has not had any volcanic earthquakes in the past 24 hours, but the upwelling of hot volcanic fluids in the crater lake have generated plumes of smoke.
