Coastguards conduct #BayanihanSaKaragatan by giving fishermen relief packs consisting of bread and canned food that they could eat as they go fishing in Scarborough Shoal within the West Philippine Sea. Each pack includes a face mask, face shield, and hygiene kit to encourage fishermen to take care of their health against COVID-19.
