San Jose del Monte City Mayor Arturo Robes (right) holds propaganda materials seized from members of Kadamay and Bayan Muna groups who have withdrawn their support from the CPP-NPA and pledged their allegiance to the government. Around 100 of them took their oath of allegiance before Robes and other government officials during oathtaking ceremony at the SJMD covered court.
