As more Filipinos go jobless and hungry amid the COVID-19 pandemic, a Manila resident sets up a table along Intramuros in front of the Manila Cathedral where those in need can get grocery items for free, apparently inspired by the “Maginhawa” and “P. Noval” community pantries.
