Asset management solutions company Lemcon (Philippines) Inc. signs with Ayalaland Logistics Holdings Corp. as a lessee in ALogis Biñan in the Laguna Technopark. Lemcon will take up 17,000 square meters of gross leasable space or 10 units of ready-built facilities for exclusive storage of infrastructure equipment for a telecommunications company.
