The National Museum of the Philippines has finally reopened yesterday after almost a year of suspending operations because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The limited reopening will only cover the central museums, namely the National Museum of Fine Arts, National Museum of Anthropology, and the National Museum of Natural History.
The National Planetarium will remain closed until cinemas and theaters are allowed to operate in Metro Manila.
Only guests 15 to 65 years old are allowed to enter and they must book tickets online at least one day in advance. Walk-ins are not allowed.
The museum will be open Tuesdays to Sundays with a quota of 100 visitors each for the morning and afternoon sessions.
