KFC Philippines opens four franchised outlets after it launched its franchising scheme just before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out. This is indicative of the investors’ belief and trust in the strong KFC brand that paved the way for its expansion despite the crisis, according to KFC Philippines franchise management director Yvette Roldan. Leading the ribbon-cutting rites at the opening of the KFC Waltermart Candelaria branch in Quezon province are Candelaria Mayor Macario Boongaling and Vice Mayor George Suayan.
