Officials and personnel of the Office of the President-Malacañang Engineering Office, led by acting director IV Benefredo Bulatao, lower a time capsule into the ground during the groundbreaking ceremony at the New Executive Building area, Malacañang compound, Manila, on Friday. The ceremony was for the construction of a two-story concrete building with a roof deck in the area.
