The latest addition to the Philippine National Railways fleet, the Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive (DHL), is now on PNR tracks. The state-owned train firm is doing the loading gauge test as a precondition to its validation run to ensure the new fleet is within the track gauge and that no obstructions are on level crossings.
