A Toyota car driven by Elmer Marcelo (slumped on the ground) and three motorcycle riders figured in an accident when the car allegedly counterflowed and drove along a one-way traffic along Kalayaan Avenue in Makati City. Two of the three riders – Benedict Tamayo and Mark Vincent Jacinto –suffered injuries.
