The Philippine National Railways (PNR) officially unveils its newest train sets: three locomotives and 15 passenger coaches inside the Manila harbour center in Tondo on Wednesday. These trains are part of the PNR Management strategy of re-fleeting in 2018 and complete the 37 cars and three locomotives procured in 2018.
