Developer DMCI Homes recently completed four residential developments and turned over a total of 11 buildings to homeowners during the time of the pandemic.
In November, DMCI Homes started the move-in process for the North Tower of Lumiere Residences (seen here), marking the completion of the three-building, 43-storey development at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City.
This brought DMCI Homes’ delivered projects to 4 this year, including Alea Residences in Bacoor Cavite; Sheridan Towers in Pasig City; and Calathea Place in Parañaque City.
The list also includes the Westport and Lauderdale buildings of Oak Harbor Residences in Parañaque City; Mulberry Place’s Bengaline, Dui, and Cochine buildings in Acacia Estates, Taguig; and Verdon Parc’s Belvedere building in Davao City.
With a combined 4,241 residential units, the 11 completed buildings have a total sales value of P14.4 billion.
