Joint Task Force National Capitol Region (JTF-NCR) Commander Brig. General Marceliano Teofilo receives boxes of face shields, alcohol, bottled water, bread, and sacks of rice from the officers and staff of the 407th (ARALD) Transport Battalion-Armed Forces of the Philippines Affiliate Reserve Unit-Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command (AFPARU-AFPRESCOM) led by Capt. Mel Hallar, Army Reservist, during the turnover at Camp Aguinaldo, in Quezon City. Teofilo said the relief goods are intended for the victims of Typhoon Ulysses and thanked Hallar for his unconditional support to the men and women of JTF-NCR.
