A 15-year-old scientist and inventor from Colorado, USA, Gitanjali Rao has been named the first-ever “Kid of the Year” by Time Magazine. Rao, who appears on the cover of Time’s December 14, 2020 issue has been selected from a field of more than 5,000 nominees. Her latest innovation is an app that helps detect cyberbullying at an early stage.
