Through the Villar SIPAG, Sen. Cynthia A. Villar turned over 100 sacks of organic fertilizer and 50 sets of seed packs to Don Bosco Tondo Buhay Sa Gulay Project. The senator, chair of the Senate committees on food and agriculture and environment and natural resources, has been providing means of livelihood to poor communities. The Villar SIPAG partnered with Don Bosco Tondo, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and Department of Agriculture (DA) or this program.
