One of the most colorful artistic Belen (Nativity) entries made by residents of Tarlac during the final judging of "Belenismo sa Tarlac Festival 2020”. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses that destroyed some of their prized artworks, they continue to participate to gain positive vibes for the Yuletide season.
