The store mirrors the journey of Alfamart, the first and only super minimart chain in the Philippines, in achieving its 1,000-store milestone amid a global pandemic. Alfamart Philippines chief operating officer Harvey Ong recalls the company opened the first ever Alfamart in Trece Martires City, Cavite in 2014.
