Anti-communist groups Liga Independencia Pilipinas and League of Parents of the Philippines non-government organizations on Wednesday (Oct. 28, 2020) hold a candle-lighting vigil in Morayta Manila as they offered prayers for individuals recruited by the CPP-NPA NDF and were killed in the process. The groups also denounced the atrocities by the communist rebels.
