SM City East Ortigas and the Pasig City Local Government lead the launching of MyTODA APP on Tuesday at the mall’s Transport Terminal. MyTODA is a tricycle ride-hailing app that aims to aid displaced tricycle drivers in quarantine economy by means of connecting commuters to available trike drivers easily and to improve the lives if TODA drivers.
