About 13 kilograms of high-grade shabu with an estimated street value of P88.4 million from a drug syndicate operating in the province of Cavite were busted on Sunday by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Team in two separate operations, one in Molino 2 and the other in Mambog 3, Bacoor City.
