The Bureau of Customs-Manila International Container Port facilitates the condemnation of P70 million worth of seized smuggled cigarettes in Porac, Pampanga. The condemnation of the confiscated cigarettes is led by BOC-MICP Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service chief Alvin Enciso, along with Gerardo Macantagay, Rhoderick Yuchongco and Randolph Cabansag.
