Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Engr. David Galang and DPWH Spokesperson Anna Mae Lamentillo inspect the fully-completed 8-kilometer Sison Interchange of the Tarlac Pangasinan-La Union Expressway before its final opening on the first week of October. With the project, the travel time from Manila to Baguio was reduced to only 3 hours.
