Preparing for the Christmas holiday to protect shoppers and business establishments, a police officer shows a monitor covering 16 different areas from Moriones-Dagupan up to the stretch of Divisoria, Recto Avenue, inside the Manila Police Station 2, on Sept. 28. A total of 16 Closed Circuit Television Cameras were donated by the Manila Chinese Action Team to help Manila Police monitor illegal activities in the area.
