PCOO Secretary Martin Andanar attended the “Explain, Explain, Explain: Visit to Laguna” conference with a two-day visit in Laguna in Bay, Los Baños, Victoria and Calauan. Andanar is the designated Cabinet official to be the "big brother" in Laguna. Together with Representatives of national government agencies DILG, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and Department of Health.
