The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and the Provincial Government of Pampanga signed a Deed of Usufruct (DOU) on Tuesday (Sept. 1, 2020) for the establishment of Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Provincial Annex Hospital inside Clark Freeport. The agreement was signed between CDC President-CEO Noel F. Manankil (4th from right) Pampanga Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda (4th from left) Tuesday at the Choi Restaurant located at the Royce Hotel and Casino in Clark. Also witnessing the event are Pampanga Vice Gov. Lilia ‘Nanay” Pineda (center), CDC VP for Admin and Finance Mariza O. Mandocdoc (2nd from right), CDC AVP for Admin Zoraida Camello (2nd from left), CDC AVP for External Affairs Rommel C.
