The Angeles City Council recognizes the invaluable contributions and service of three former vice presidents of Clark Development Corp. in the development of Clark Freeport Zone and Metro Clark communities including Angeles City. Former CDC vice presidents Evangeline Tejada (third row, fourth from left), Alveen Tabag (fifth from left) and representative of Perlita Sagmit receive a plaque of appreciation from Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. and Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting.
