State-run Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. is selling a property in Isla de Provisor, Paco, Manila for at least P513.439 million.
PSALM started the issuance of the bid package on July 13 and set the pre-bid conference for the sale on July 28. Bid submission deadline is set on Sept. 10.
The property includes eight lots with an indicative area of 20,975 square meters and is adjacent to the Meralco Tegen substation. “Bids received below the minimum bid price shall be automatically rejected at bid opening,” it said.
The sale is on “as is, where is” basis and the bidding is open to all individuals, sole proprietorships, corporations or partnerships organized under Philippine laws and at least 60-percent owned, joint ventures or consortiums, government corporate entities and local government units authorized to acquire real properties assets.
