Apo Agua Infrastructure Inc., a joint venture of Aboitiz InfraCapital Inc. and J.V. Angeles Construction Corp., accelerated construction works on the project of Davao City Water District. Itplans to hire over 3,000 workers by November this year. Apo Agua signed in about 1,500 workers for the DCBWSP so far, bringing the total target manpower requirement to 4,500.
