Department of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade attended the Asean-China Transport Ministers Special Meeting on COVID-19 via videoconference on July 16, 2020. Recognizing that the pandemic poses unprecedented challenges, transport ministers of the region discussed strengthening engagement and stepping up information sharing of best practices in containing the disease.
