Two units of Patient Care Monitor (PCM) were recently donated by Clark Development Corporation (CDC) to the Local Government Unit of Angeles City. CDC President and CEO Noel F. Manankil (2nd from right) with CDC Communications Division Head Noel G. Tulabut (1st from right) turned over the said equipment to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin, Jr. (2nd from left). The donations were part of the COVID-19 efforts of CDC in helping its adjacent communities in Metro Clark areas including Mabalacat City, Municipality of Porac, Pampanga, Municipalities of Bamban and Capas, Tarlac.
