I-Land Inc., the real estate division of ISOC Holdings, has tapped Signet Properties, a real estate lead generation provider, to market a LEED-certified mid-rise condo project, I-Land Residences Sucat.
Signet Properties is known for its technology innovations such as 360-degree aerial views of neighborhoods, 3D model unit showings, and commute map integrations.
I-Land Residences-Sucat is a 2-hectare master-planned, residential community composed of six mid-rise buildings. It is one of the first mid-rise developments in the country to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) status.
