A pedicab driver was apprehended by operatives of Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau for loading seven passengers at a time which clearly violated health protocols for tri-wheel vehicles, while 37 other tricycle and pedicab drivers were apprehended due to passengers complaints of overcharging and driving without license violations.
