Active personnel of the Philippine Army participate in the second wave of the bloodletting activity conducted on May 27 at Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City. Held in coordination with the Philippine Blood Center, the activity collected an additional 139 bags which will benefit Army personnel and their dependents, civilian human resource, and other authorized civilians in cases of emergency.
