DPWH's "Build, Build, Build" Committee Chairperson Anna Mae Yu Lamentillo, DPWH Public-Private Partnership Service Director Alex Bote, and NLEx Corp. Asst. Vice President for Project Management Nelson Delos Reyes inspect the construction and the implementation of safety guidelines at the NLEX Harbor Link Tollway project along C-3 Road in Caloocan City. According to DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, the NLEX Harbor Link Project, which is expected to connect Manila and Quezon City within a 15 to 20 minute time frame, will be completed by June 15.
