At least 200 construction workers stranded in Binondo district of Manila as a result of the Luzon-wide lockdown receive food packs bankrolled by the Filipino-Chinese Community Calamity Fund through the Federation of Fil-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry represented by Nelson Guevarra, external affairs chairman, in the presence of MMDA traffic chief Edison Nebrija and Jeff Lao, chairman of Barangay San Nicolas.
