Philippine Navy Fleet Chaplain Lt. Cdr. Rey David Loyola blessed a 15-bed emergency quarantine facility for COVID-19 patients during a turnover ceremony of the emergency quarantine facility to the Philippine fleet donated by San Miguel Corp. at Sangley Point in Cavite City on April 28, 2020. The facility is for Philippine Navy frontliners who are suspected infected with COVID-19 infection assigned in different parts in Manila and other regions.
